Observación:

El Instituto de Estadísticas y Censos (INDEC) sigue publicando la evolución diaria del Coeficiente de Variación Salarial (CVS), con el objeto de posibilitar el ajuste de valores de contratos en los cuales las partes pactaron utilizar dicho indicador.

Como se recordará el CVS hasta el 31 de marzo 2004 fue utilizado para la actualización préstamos hipotecarios para vivienda única hasta 100.000 pesos, los prendarios hasta 30.000 y los personales hasta 12.000 pesos, pero continua publicándose para permitir la actualización de los valores de los contratos en los cuales las partes decidieron utilizar el coeficiente a ese efecto.
